I really like the organizer with the panda face one it & three tabs. Maybe you could try using the spirals on that one as well, may not need it. Maybe make the tabs white/grey/black?
Although they're all adorableee, for your idea of organization I agree with Katrina when she said the panda face with the 3 tabs is by far the most legible- I get cute and organization. Maybe try the one immediately to the right of it in white? I like the spirals down it with the tabs but black is too heavy.
I agree with steph and katryna in that the tabbed panda is probably the most effective. what about making it wider to incorporate the spiral binding? I would also play with the face a bit because its not as cute a face as some of the other ones.
The spirals on the black organizer could be smaller, or maybe just not as thick. The simplicity of the folder on the bottom right is nice and I get the cute/organized idea from it. No one can really use the excuse that it doesn't read as a folder because we come in contact with folder icons with our computer usage. (In case anyone wanted to– that is.)

the black organizer is my favorite
The new top one is fantastic
I like the white organizer best. Black organizer and black folder are also nice.
