Love the 3d star one, it's really obvious and translates well. might make the wrist a little bit longer before the drips start so it translates as a hand better.
I agree with the simplicity without the extra stuff and the wrist being longer, maybe make the arteries slightly longer/wider so that they read better.

if the wrist were slightly thinner (move the drips closer together) it'd be more grounded.

I like the bottom left one. all the other ones seem to be two busy and alot going on.
to me rise above reminds me/ makes me think about an angel. People die and they go to heaven.
Maybe you could try a Halo and wings.
those are some things to think about or try. But other than that they are looking good and on the right track.
I like the simplicity of the bottom left. It is a strong enough image without the extras.
